Roger ON7TQ, late night 40m band world wide net

[media id=186]
Always a great pleasure listening and sometimes participating to the ON7TQ (Roger) 40m band (7.153 Khz) world wide net. Take a listen to an 50 minutes recording I’ve made last morning. You can hear stations from Europe but also from the North America. The propagation wasn’t so great but the idea is just wonderful.
73 from my side! 😀

You can hear, RA1AKR Andrew, NQ2F Scott, GI3SG Martin, GW0GLH, EA5/PA2MPR Willem, G0EOB Fred, 2I0NAT Ciaran and others that I couldn’t catch the call-signs.

Should we use some audio processing or not?

Listen the recording above to see if you can feel any differences between the default Kenwood hand mike (MC43) and the Behringer audio gear. The recording was made using the headphones jack and the moni function on the Kenwood TS850s plugged into the line-in input of my computer sound-card. What do you think? Should we use some audio processing or not?

Listen closely and after that give a vote and tell me what do you think is the best audio from your point of view.

PS: Use a good pair of headphones or a good loudspeaker.
